Tuesday 21st October

Learn how to overcome dips, sustain momentum, and achieve more—personally and professionally

Choose the masterclass that best fits your needs—or join both. Learn how to understand and enhance motivation, whether you want to boost your own drive or inspire your team.

Option 1: Understanding & Enhancing Motivation in Your Teams

Option 2: Understanding & Enhancing Your Own Motivation

Why These Masterclasses?

Motivation is the fuel behind performance, growth, and fulfilment. Yet it can feel unpredictable—high one day, gone the next.

From a NLP perspective, motivation is not about willpower—it’s about recognising the patterns that drive us and learning how to work with them to create lasting energy and commitment.

That’s why I have created two focussed masterclasses, designed to help you unlock motivation in the areas that matter most to you:

Option 1: Understanding & Enhancing Motivation in Your Teams

For Directors, Managers, Leaders & Team Leaders

Discover how to uncover what really drives your people, and learn tools to inspire consistent energy, engagement, and collaboration.

As a leader, you know that keeping your team motivated can be one of the toughest challenges.

  • Do you notice dips in energy and commitment?
  • Are some individuals harder to engage than others?
  • Do you wish you had tools to unlock consistent motivation across the board?

Motivation isn’t one-size-fits-all. From an NLP perspective, every individual has unique patterns of thinking, values, and drivers. When you can tap into those, you can transform the way your team approaches challenges, collaboration, and success.

What You’ll Learn in this masterclass:

The NLP Lens on Motivation

Understand how people’s internal “maps” and values shape their drive, and why motivation looks different for each team member.

Identifying Motivation Strategies

Learn how to recognize the subtle language and behaviour patterns that reveal what motivates your team.

Enhancing Motivation in Practice

Techniques to align tasks, communication, and goals with the motivational drivers of your people.

Building a Culture of Sustained Energy

Explore how small shifts in leadership style can ripple through your team, boosting engagement and ownership.

  • Some days you’re inspired, others you feel stuck.
  • You want more consistency in how you show up for yourself.

Motivation is not about willpower alone. From an NLP perspective, it’s about understanding your inner patterns—your values, beliefs, and strategies—and learning how to work with them, not against them.

Harness NLP Tools for Self-Motivation

Use proven NLP techniques to reframe challenges, anchor positive states, and keep moving forward.

Build Lasting Momentum

Create strategies to maintain motivation even when life gets busy or setbacks appear.

Meet your trainer - Jo Creed

    Hi, I’m Jo Creed.

As a double award-winning NLP trainer with over 18 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to designing and delivering high-impact training solutions that empower people and organisations to thrive. My background spans change management, leadership, team development, communication, engagement, and behavioural change—all underpinned by a deep passion for human and business psychology.

I’ve worked at Director level in both the public and commercial sectors, leading significant culture and organisational change. Along the way, I discovered the incredible power of NLP to remove blocks, enhance relationships, and transform not just performance—but people’s lives. Since then, I’ve trained thousands of individuals in applying NLP to their personal and professional worlds, helping them unlock potential they never thought possible.

My mission is simple: to empower you, your team, and your organisation to achieve far more than you ever imagined. And just as importantly, to give you the tools to pass that empowerment on to others.

What makes my approach different is how I weave NLP together with Clean Language, Emotional Intelligence, Motivational Interviewing, Transactional Analysis, Wellness and Action Planning, Business and Behavioural Psychology. My training goes far beyond “standard” NLP courses—it’s practical, packed with tools, and always focused on you: how you can apply these techniques in your work, relationships, and everyday life.

I know first-hand what it’s like to feel stuck on the hamster wheel of stress, guilt, and overwork. NLP gave me the tools to step off, regain control, and completely change my life. That’s why I’m passionate about enabling others to do the same.

From an organisational perspective, my specialty is bringing teams together, enhancing motivation and engagement, and helping them develop collectively to achieve maximum impact. I understand business, I understand change, and above all, I understand people.

I’ve worked across a wide range of sectors—including healthcare, public services, logistics, social care, housing, education, and private business—and I bring all of this experience into my training, coaching, and facilitation. Today, I also train high-quality coaches to meet the growing demand for support in our fast-paced, pressurised society.

At the heart of it all, my work is about helping you unlock your potential, develop resilience, enhance communication, and create positive change—for yourself, your teams, and the people you lead and support. It’s about changing the relationship you have with yourself and enhancing the ones you have with others.

    What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. At its heart, it’s about the connection between the way we think (neuro), the language we use (linguistic), and the patterns of behaviour that follow (programming). In practice, it’s a toolkit for understanding how we and others experience the world—and how to communicate more effectively, with ourselves and with those around us.

From a personal perspective, NLP helps you recognise the inner dialogue and patterns that shape your motivation, emotions, and actions. We all have “programmes” running in the background—beliefs, habits, and thought patterns—that shape how we feel and how we act. Some of these are useful, others hold us back. With NLP, you can spot these patterns and change them. This means you can boost your motivation, overcome procrastination, build confidence, and improve the way you respond to challenges. It’s like being handed the user manual for your own brain. NLP also helps you improve the way you express yourself with others with a wide range of communication tools that enable you to create better connection and understanding.

From a leadership and organisational perspective, NLP is a powerful tool for understanding people. Every member of your team has their own motivational drivers, communication style, and way of processing information. By recognising these differences, you can adapt how you lead, engage, and inspire. This creates stronger relationships, clearer communication, and a culture where people feel understood and motivated. NLP techniques can help leaders resolve conflict more effectively, align teams around shared goals, create a culture of trust and growth, and create environments where performance and wellbeing go hand in hand.

NLP is practical. It’s not about theory that sits on a shelf—it’s about techniques you can use immediately in conversations, meetings, decision-making, and everyday life. Whether you want to handle difficult situations with more ease, strengthen your relationships, enhance your leadership, or simply feel more in control of your choices, NLP provides proven strategies to make it happen.

At its core, NLP is about empowerment: giving you greater choice over your thoughts, your emotions, your communication, and ultimately your results. For individuals, this means personal growth and resilience. For organisations, it means motivated teams, stronger leadership, and better outcomes.

In short: NLP helps you understand yourself and others at a deeper level—and use that insight to create positive, lasting change.
